About Inplay

InPlay holds the distinction of being the first PAGCOR-licensed online casino in the Philippines. On November 11, 2020, PAGCOR issued its inaugural domestic online casino license to Inter-Active Entertainment Solutions Technologies Inc. (IEST), a subsidiary of Philippine gaming technology company DFNN Inc. This made InPlay a landmark platform in the development of regulated domestic online gaming in the country.

IEST operates InPlay alongside related platforms InstaWin and XchangeBet Sports under the same PAGCOR authorization. The platform offers electronic casino games and numeric games as its primary licensed categories, with over 200 games available including slots, arcade games, table games, and video poker, with live casino and sports betting added subsequently.

IEST has a long history as a PAGCOR-licensed supplier of land-based electronic gaming technology through its network of eCafe outlets across the Philippines, predating the 2020 online license. InPlay accepts domestic bets only from players within the Philippines aged 21 and above.
