About Instawin

InstaWin is a PAGCOR-licensed online gaming platform operated by Inter-Active Entertainment Solutions Technologies Inc. (IEST), a subsidiary of DFNN Inc., operating alongside the InPlay casino under the same PAGCOR authorization. IEST received the Philippines' first domestic online casino license in November 2020, covering both InPlay and InstaWin.

InstaWin predates the 2020 online license as a land-based brand—IEST operated InstaWin terminals through its eCafe network across the Philippines, providing e-games to players in physical locations before the transition to online play. The InstaWin brand transitioned to the online format following PAGCOR's issuance of the domestic online gaming license to IEST.

As with InPlay, InstaWin restricts access to players aged 21 and older located within the Philippines, and all games are approved and regulated by PAGCOR.
